Shipping policy

At ODA Jiu Jitsu, we are committed to getting your custom gear to you as quickly and reliably as possible. To ensure high-quality printing and global reach, we partner with PODpartner for all order fulfillment and logistics.

1. Fulfillment & Processing Time

Because our products are made-to-order, they require a short production period before shipping:

• Standard Fulfillment: 98% of our orders are processed and fulfilled within 48 hours.

• Turnaround Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be printed and packed before it is handed over to the carrier.

2. Shipping Estimates

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Below are our estimated transit times:

Europe (GER, IT, FR)	6 – 10 business days
Canada / Australia	7 – 12 business days

Note: "Business days" do not include weekends or public holidays.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number.

• Real-Time Tracking: You can track your package at any time via 17track.net or directly through your Shopify order status page.

• Syncing: Tracking information may take 24 hours to update once the label is created.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination. We aim to keep these rates as stable and transparent as possible.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International Orders: Orders shipped outside of our primary hubs may be subject to import duties and taxes (VAT) once a shipment reaches your country.

• Customer Responsibility: ODA Jiu Jitsu and PODpartner are not responsible for these charges. If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned or destroyed, we cannot offer a refund.

• DDP Limitations: Please note that in certain regions (e.g., Southeast Asia), "Delivered Duty Paid" is not supported, and you will be responsible for clearance.
